I'm running the below gdalwarp command to extract a 1024 x 1024 ROI from a large raster which has Dimensions X: 34396 Y: 36707 Bands: 4. Input raster has previously been pan-sharpened and orthorectified from original World View source, admitedly it's a fairly large file at 19GB, but initial steps did not take too long, however the below is taking nearly 36 hours to complete within an OSGeo4W

High Resolution Color Aerial Photography. Digital Data Services, Inc.’s High Resolution Color Aerial Photography products are orthorectified aerial photographs for the continental United States (typically urban areas) that range from 2003-present day. {"map.orderimage.invalid.connection.settings":"Please select Connection Settings to enter your delivery options.","map.sif.advancedsearch.grid.column.type.vivid U.S. Government Open Internet Access to Sub-meter Satellite Data Christopher S.R. Digital Data Services, Inc., offers DigitalGlobe's IKONOS satellite imagery products. IKONOS was the world's first commercial satellite able to collect black-and-white (panchromatic) images with 82-centimeter resolution and multispectral imagery with 4-meter resolution. Access the best commercially available aerial imagery quickly - from historical to current aerial photography. L3Harris Geospatial is a distributor of the Hexagon Imagery Program data, and is also a reseller of aerial imagery and maps from DigitalGlobe, Eagle, and Landiscor. DigitalGlobe’s WorldView-2 satellite began acquiring imagery shortly after the earthquake. DigitalGlobe and GeoEye are two of the many satellite sensors SOCET GXP supports. When opening images from supported sensors, SOCET GXP uses metadata included with the images to derive exact coordinates for direct association to the ground. NITF version 2.1 JPEG 2000 Sample Imagery: NITF 1.1: NITF 2.0: Developers/Implementers can download JPEG 2000 software for UNIX, LINUX and Win32 by visiting the JPEG.ORG website. This software can decode and display each of the JPEG 2000 data streams, but not the NITF files. For questions or comments regarding these files, please contact Ok, so I'm a complete noob at this and need help. I was trying to view some high resolution satellite TIFF images from DigitalGlobe with a normal photo app. That didn't work at all, so I contacted their customer support and they suggested to try QGIS. So, I installed QGIS, and at least I'm able to view images, now, however it's horrible quality. Free satellite imagery samples can also be found in DigitalGlobe, which ranks as the largest and sharpest commercial satellite data supplier in the world. DigitalGlobe has a reputation, delivering on their promise on imagery view beyond the human eye with sophisticated high-resolution satellites.

If a NITF file contains multiple sources of map information, the order and precedence for reading the coordinate system is as follows. Order and Precedence for Reading Map Information ENVI reads one sensor-based coordinate system (RPC) and up to one rectangular or warp coordinate system (tie point and pixel size, or affine map transformation).
